The subject of this research is the investigation and evaluation of the author of Imam Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti "el-Cem 'Ve't-Tefrîk Fı'l-Envâı'l-Bedî'iyye" with the comparison, and even the presentation of the research in the optimal form in the form was done alongside the investigation and comparison presented information about the nature of the era in which Imam al-Suyuti and his scientific personality were presented, and because the book of Imam al-Suyuti "el-Cem 'Ve't-Tefrîk Fı'l-Envâı'l-Bedî'iyye" abaout The art of Bedî'iyyât. The study touched on defining this art and talking about its conditions, its origins date and its development. Also in this study, the book "el-Cem 'Ve't-Tefrîk Fı'l-Envâı'l-Bedî'ıyye" was compared to Imam Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti with the book "Hizânetu'l-Edeb ve Gâyetu'l-Ereb" by his author Ibn Hajjah al-Hamwi who lived in the same era in which Imam al-Suyuti lived And his book also on Bedî'iyyât, and this comparison was made in terms of content and characteristics.
