Abstract (EN)
This study has been done to determine the effects of excelsiors of different trees such as Populus (KT), Fagus (KAT), Quercus (MT), Tilia (IT) and Alnus (KIT) individually and with 20% supplementation of the addition agent of tea waste (ÇA) and the wheat bran (BK) on yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq. ex Fr.) P. Kumm within15 different prepared habitat. Moisture of prepared habitat 63.73-72.91%, pH 5.63-6.56, carbon level 47.60-60.18%, nitrogen Level 0.11-1.41% and 10 different mineral substances were determined. The significant effects of Excelsiors of different trees and supplementation of the addition agent on biologic activity (BE) and production rate (ÜO) statically (P<0.01) were indicated. The highest yield (202.82 g/bag), BE (66.93%), ÜO (0.75%) are acquired from the prepared habitat of 80KT+20BK. The longest diameter of mushroom cap is recorded in the prepared habitat of 80IT+20BK. The highest protein level is measured in the prepared habitat of 80KAT+20ÇA. In this study, beside these 15 different prepared habitats, the mushrooms which grow on logs of Populus, Fagus and Alnus, and P. ostreatus mushrooms which have been collected naturally compared based on N, protein level, mineral substances level, antioxidant and anti-microbacterial activities. The highest total phenolic substances level is measured in the prepared habitat of 80KAT+20ÇA. The highest radical cleaning activity level is measured in the prepared habitat of 80IT+20BK (5.509-5.904 mg/mL). The study indicates that mushroom methanol extracts have antimicrobial activities, the most sensitive microorganism is M. smegmatis, and the most efficient extracts is obtained from the prepared habitat of 80MT+20ÇA. This study also shows that tea waste is an important industrial waste that can be used in the agriculture of mushroom and the grown mushrooms will have the similar quality and yield as alternative products.
