The effect of protocol treatment applied to recovered covid-19 patients on the liver and kidney functions

The primary purpose of this study was to examine the impact of drugs used in regimen treatment on hepatic and renal cell injury. Those who took covid-19 exhibited a statistically significant rise in the levels of all of the markers studied (AST; ALT; ALP; GGT; and LDH) at P-values less than five percent. Patients with covid-19 had significantly higher levels of D. Dimer, S. ferritin, and C-Reactive Protein at P ≤0.05 compared to the trated group, according to the findings of the tests. A statistically significant rise in total blood protein was seen at P≤0.05 for covid-19 patients compared to the control group, whereas the amount of serum albumen decreased at P≤0.05 in patients compared to the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of urea in patients with covid-19 compared to the control group, and there was no statistically significant reduction in creatnine in patients compared to the control group.
