Abstract (EN)
The primary aim of all businesses is to be able to maintain their continuity. The top priority act the businesses have to perform in order to maintain their continuity is to supply by producing the most appropriate and accessible goods and services best suited to the demands and needs of consumer masses. They must act by taking into account the empathy technique while presenting the produced goods and services to the market. Ultimately, the producer is also a consumer. Every individual receives the title of consumer of an enterprise at least once. What is important here is to increase the loyal customer potential and number. There occur many duties and responsibilities for the businesses. Businesses benefit from many marketing techniques while presenting their products or services to the market. Traditional and modern marketing are the most common forms of these. Because consumers are influenced positively or negatively by oral communication while they are in buying behavior. When consumers are consuming to meet their needs and are unable to find time to investigate and think about the information they are exposed to, they behave in a buying behavior taking into consideration the opinions and thoughts of people who are found in their surroundings, such as family, friends, neighbors etc. since the fact that the individuals in their immediate surroundings are able to reach it in a shorter time without any profit-oriented intentions play an important role in this issue. This communication process, which has become so popular and more objective and independent for people, is of great importance in word of mouth marketing's determining the marketing techniques of businesses today. For example, we can explain with a very simple example that no doctor would write mint lemon on the prescription of the flu patient. However, mint and lemon, in almost no generation, has ever lost its importance from the past day to the present. It is a grandmother vitamin medicine that will continue throughout generations.
