Kolaboratif planlamanın tedarik zinciri performansı üzerindeki etkileri

After the changes in the marketing strategies which concentrated on thesatisfaction of the requirements of the customers to obtain a competitive advantage,integration emerged initially in the logistic processes in the Sixties and then led toan integration and a collaboration in the chain of value. Following this evolution,the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment), a new modelbased on the collaboration and the integration of the processes of forecasting andplanning in the supply chain was created in the United States in retail industry inthe second part of the Nineties. The effects of collaborative planning on supplychain performance are studied in this report and a case study concerning theapplication in retail industry in Turkey at Migros Türk A.S. is presented at the endof the report.Keywords : Supply chain, Performance, Collaborative Planning
