In the second stage of the research, a SWOT analysis was conducted to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the school model designed as a result of the document analysis, as well as the opportunities and threats it will face. At this stage of the study at first, the sample for SWOT analysis was determined. Within the scope of the preparation of the SWOT analysis, the "Education 4.0 School Model Workshop" was organized first. Following the workshop, SWOT analysis was performed through the semi-structured interview form and the strategies needed for the development of the Education 4.0 School Model were determined by TOWS analysis through the data obtained from SWOT analysis.
