The level of servant leadership actualized by supervisors and school principals (Sample of elazig city)

The purpose of this study is to determine at what level the school principals and supervisors have actualized the servant leadership qualities in Elazığ province in terms of teachers, principals and education supervisors? views. All primary schools in the city of Elazig were taken as the universe of research. A sample consisting of 668 teachers was formed among 3323 ones which are randomly selected by cluster sampling method. 445 of the handed out questionnaires were evaluated. In addition, the entire universe of 150 school principals and 35 supervisors were reached to get their views. The returned questionnaires, 129 from school principals and 32 from supervisors, were taken into consideration. In the research, to obtain the views of teachers about servant leadership levels of their administrators (school principals and supervisors), and to obtain the views of administrators about the level of their own servant leadership qualities a questionnaire was developed by the researcher as data gathering instrument. For the analysis of the data, frequency, standard deviation, t-test and one - way analysis of variance were carried out.The results of the survey indicated that according to the views of teachers, primary school principals fulfilled their servant leadership at
