The knowledge and views of the students relating to digital photography in the department of fine arts education of teacher?s college

The purpose of this thesis is to establish the students? using of which means and how extent the technology and practice of digital photography who take lessons in the disciplines of art and crafts education of bachelor's degree, and to determine the scientific asset of the lessons of photography.To reach at this purpose we endeavoured to Communicate All of twenty seven departments of Art and Crafts Education Working Under the Council of Higher Education, but confined to nine universities since the lesson of photography not to be found in some curriculums and because of the universe represantation capability the of the sampling.Field of research is composed of the departments of fine arts education and nine university which fixed randomly and samples of them are extent to country- wide. In the academic year of 2010?11, we have implemented the some forms to setting out the views and achievement test on the 313 students which taked lesson of phptography. We have presented schedule with demographic informations as to percentile and frequency about students. in this context we have benefited from test of T for samples free from parametric tests and simplex variance analysis besides non-parametric tests and the test of Mann Whitney U and analysis of the test of Kruskall Walls. At the same time, for analyzing the parameters we have considered the frequency (%), aritmetik ortalama, and the statistics of standard deviation.To analyze the parameters been obtained at the stage of research, we have transferred the informations to the computer area. After that we have benefited from the package softwares of SPSS 15 (Statiscal Package for Social Sciences) and ITEMAN (element analysis).At the end of research, on basis of the answers of the surveys, we observed that there is no differentiation in terms of gender. All of the students which participated to the research, use the numerical cameras. Nonetheless, they denoted their discontent about the competence of the lessons they haved. It is also possible to say that the points derived from the achievement test considered and then it is observed that the students are intermediate knowledgeable about it.Key words: Art, Education of Fine Arts, Photography, Digital Photography.
