Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between universal-diverse orientation, perception of social justice and the any significant difference in universal-diverse orientation and perception of social justice in terms of sociodemographic variables in educational administrators. The study was carried out in accordance with survey design and the sample was consited of 352 educational administrators working in the schools in Trabzon in 2017-2018 academic year. "Perception of Social Justice Scale","Universal-Diverse Orientation Scale" and "Sociodemographic Data Form" were use as data collection instruments. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, ANOVA and independent samples t test were utilized in the data analysis. According to the results of the study, there were no significant relationship between the variables of universal-diverse orientation and perception of social justice. Perception of social justice did not differ meaningfully by gender, experience in profession and experience in administrating, educational level and school level. Also, Universal-diverse orientation did not differ meaningfully by the variables of educational level and school level. There were significant differences in universal-diverse orientation in terms of gender, experience in profession and experience in administrating.
