This study has been conducted for the fundamental goal of comprehending the opinions of teachers who areactively working at Barbaros Azakoglu Middle School located in Alanya sub province within Antalya province about the leadership skills of the education administrators. The research has been conducted by means of the case study method, and specifically holistic single-case pattern method, which is one of the main qualitative research methods. As the sample of the research, convenience sampling, a type of purposeful sample commonly used in qualitative researches, is used. 18 teachers which are actively working at Barbaros Azakoglu Middle School located in Alanya sub province within Antalya province and are volunteer to participate in the research have been selected as the sample. The data in the research have been gathered by means of metaphor, document analysis and personal interview techniques. Interviews that approximately took between 15 and 25 minutes have been recorded and descriptively analysed on semi-structured interview forms, the interviews have been categorised under upper and lower themes. The research outcomes reveal that academic knowledge, seniority, experiences and bilateral relations positively affect the communication skills of education administrators, while gender does not affect the communication skills of them. It has been detected that communication skills and expertise power are sufficient, while those administrators possess shortcomings in terms of problem solving skills and they show emotional behaviours. Education administers can overcome the deficiencies by participating in seminars, self-improvement courses and in-service trainings. Key Words: Education Administrator, Leadership, Leadership Skills.
