Relations between the management models of the educational administrators and the professional dedication of teachers at the primary schools

The incorporate basis of this study was formed upon the review of Turkish and foreign literature. In this study the relation between the management models of the educational administrators and professional dedication of the teachers at the primary schools was tried to be determined.A questionnaire was prepared and used as a data collection tool. The prepared questionnaires are applied to the teachers of the primary schools randomly chosen from Beşiktaş, Kâğıthane, Şişli and Sarıyer districts of Istanbul.This study consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. In this chapter the management models and professional dedication were discussed and the reasons of this study were explained. The second chapter is about the relevant sources. In this part the previous researches on professional dedication and management models were given. In Chapter applied methodology was explained and the research methods, universe and sample of this study are given. Chapter four is about the findings and the comments. The statistical evaluations of the tables obtained by processing the collected research data via SPSS program are given in this chapter. In Chapter five, discussions, results and proposals are given.
