Abstract (EN)
This research is based on evaluotion of administration performances of section heads, both received and not recevied administration training during administration processes, by their superiors (Deparment Directors) and their juniors (Chiefs). For this purpose questionnaires were conducted to 50 section heads who recevied administration training, 100 junior chiefs and 100 department directors (one department director was answered the questionnaire about more than one section heads). According to seniors, behaviours of the administrators who received administration training are better than the behaviors of those who did not receive training. It is clear that, there is a significant difference between the behaviours of the two groups with respect to planning process and evaluation processes at level of P< =0.05; in other processes they made higher level administration performance Seniors elso shared the same idea in processes and sum of values a relative difference was determined in favour of those who received administration training. It was determined that there is a significant difference of view between the juniors and seniors with respect to organize, of communication, affectand sum of values at level of P< =0.05.As for the evelation of those who did not receive administration training there is a significant difference of view between the juniors and seniors with respect to processes and sum of data at "t" value P< =0.05 level It was determined that both the juniors and seniors found the administrators who received training more successful than those who did not receive training. There fore, priority must be given to the administrators who received administration training. VI
