Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research; To determine the relationship between burnout, fatigue and resilience of educators. The study group of the research consists of teachers and education administrators working in Pendik, Tuzla and Kartal districts of Istanbul in the 2022-2023 academic year. While determining the study group, easy sampling method is used and the opinions of 344 teachers and education administrators are included. The causal comparison method, one of the quantitative methods, is used in the research. The data are analyzed using the SPSS 21 program. Frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA (one-way analysis of variance) and correlation are used in the analysis of quantitative data. As a result of the research; it has been determined that the participants' emotional exhaustion subscale of burnout perception is at "moderate" level, personal accomplishment and depersonalization subscales are at "low" levels, their fatigue perceptions are at "low" and their resilience perceptions are at "high" levels. The relationship between burnout, resilience and fatigue and demographic variables are examined and different results are obtained. In the study, a high level of positive linear relationship is determined between fatigue and emotional exhaustion subscale. There is a low level of positive linear relationship between fatigue and burnout personal achievement subscale. A low level negative linear relationship is found between resilience and burnout depersonalization subscale.
