Abstract (EN)

Today's technological advances continue to advance and improve in every aspect of life, including our daily lives. These developments emphasize the need to always benefit from technology by offering people much different experiences and opportunities. Just as technological developments have changed every field, it has also led to various changes in the field of education. One of the most important of these changes is undoubtedly the use of augmented reality in the field of education. This comprehensive study of augmented reality applications in education is based on the technology acceptance model. How users approach this new technology and which ones have the right to use it have been investigated with the components of the technology acceptance model. In this direction, data was collected electronically using the survey technique from 201 students at Ardahan University Faculty of Health Sciences. According to the analysis provided by the data, perceived pleasure, perceived benefit and perceived ease of use, which are the components of the technology acceptance model, were found to be positive, while perceived usefulness, knowledge-oriented attitude and behavioral intention to use were found to be positive. In addition to these results, perceived pleasure and perceived usefulness differ with the grade level, and perceived ease of use differs with previous knowledge about augmented reality (AR). Finally, it has been determined that the attitude towards use varies according to the departments in which the students study (Department of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management- Department of Health Management).
