The affection of Seyh Galib with regard to the traditionalism in the education

This Project is named by ?The Affection of Seyh Galib With Regard To The Traditionalism İn The Education?. It was prepared by Okşan ÇAĞLAK.One of the main aims of the education is to be able to gain the point of view to the person in the different sides. The person who realizes to his own cultural values by education, recognizes both his own society more closer and also protects the culture of that society more than usual. Thus, our cultural values will be protected and progressed by the new generations.Seyh Galib who is the subject of our project is one of the important poets of our classic poetry in recent years. His greatness is the result of his knowledge about the tradition of Ottoman poetry which has been developed before his age and his manner of reinterpretation of this traditional style with a modern perspective. Moreover, Seyh Galib is a guide for the poets of new generation and it is said that he is as a bridge for all poets. He has combined to the traditional poetry with modern and also he has provided to continue to the conception of classical poetry.First of all, in this work the life and the career of Şeyh Galib are discussed. Then, concept of the tradition of the Turkish poet are discussed and some of the poets who are assimilating the style of Şeyh Galip are described. Hilmi Yavuz and Sezai Karakoç are the poets whom we see the impression of Seyh Galib in their works. After the styles of both of them are specified in this project, it is tried to determine the effect of Seyh Galib in their poems.In today?s poetry, showing the concrete effects of 18th century's poetry is the proof that the culture can be movable and improvable. It will provide to develop our culture on stronger basics in the future with the realization of the new generation poets.The key words: education, tradition, effect, poetry.
