Related to second school and high school technology teacherspoints of view regarding the application of technology ineducation (Example of the province of Şanliurfa)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the point of view of Information Technology teachers by using a descriptive survey model. The research sample gathers 209 Information Technology teachers who work in public schools in the central districts of Sanliurfa (Haliliye, Karaköprü, Eyyübiye) in 2017-2018 academic year. The number of teachers consists of 66 women (%31,57) and 143 men (%68,43). The scale of the data collection tool consists of two parts: one part is related to demographic variables of the Information Technologies teachers (gender, experience, school type); the second part includes 34 items related to the application of technology in education. Prepared items are separated into sub categories in data analysis. These sub categories cover the following areas: preparation to lesson, increasing motivation, effect of the teaching–learning process, effect of the students' successes in the lesson, teachers' points of view regarding Information Technologies and school infrastructure and facilities. The prepared scale is 5.The scale reliability analysis is calculated with the parameters of Cronbach Alpha. It was created in 82. After data collection, progress SPSS is used for analysis. In order to identify Information Technology teachers' points of view, various methods are used such as frequency, percentage arithmetical average, standard deviation, unpaired test, one way analysis of variance and K-S test. It is not mentioned that there is a correlation between results of teachers' application of InformationTechnologies and the effect of Information Technologies on the teaching–learning process according to the gender variable. Besides, there is a correlation between teachers' points of view according to the school type variable and the school facilities and infrastructure. Finally, it is noted that in the paper, there is a meaningful link between teachers' points of view which are increasing motivation of the students, the effect of the teaching and learning process, the effect of the students' successes in the lesson, teachers' points of view regarding technology, school infrastruture and facilities, quality standards of education according to the variable of professional experience.
