Abstract (EN)
Within the scope of this research, a seed detection system has been developed with precision vacuum seeder which can easily and precisely measure the inter-seed spacing. In the seed detection system, the seeds which can be dropped from the seeder in a successive manner and can be dropped freely were determined with the help of sensors and their locations were determined. The coordinates of the seeds were determined by using microcontroller RTK-GPS in the seed detection system and the distance between the two seeds was determined by using these coordinates. The microcontrollers in the seed detection system transmit the seeds detected by the sensor to the industrial computer by serial port and the location of the seed determined by RTK-GPS is determined and all information is collected and processed on the industrial computer. In the experiment, when the seeds which were planted with the help of sensors in field arrangement as the comparison factor first began to germinate, comparison was made with 10 m length data at 3 different locations for each 3 different velocities selected randomly. By using the collected position data, the mean in-line distance values were determined, standard deviation, standard error, variation coefficients and t-test comparisons were made. The regression analysis and the mean percentage absolute error (MAPE) values were taken into account in the comparison system. MAPE values were found to be successful at the entire speed test, while the best performance was found as 0.9792 at the operating speeds of 1.5 m / s. This difference can be caused by the feed rate, soil structure, air condition, seed, construction of the seeder. Due to the fact that the regression coefficients are close to 1, these systems can be used in other studies.
