One of team planning management development for the inspection organization

The aim of the thesis work carried out is to examine the team planning issue, which is one of the most important issues of the A-type independent inspection body accredited by TÜRKAK, and the assignment process to the engineers is carried out by ensuring the separation of the requests received as the first stage of the team planning process on a departmental basis. As the current situation and the assignment of field and reporting office work of engineers is not systematic, the assignment system is carried out with IBM Ilog Cplex. The team planning study for an inspection organization was developed by evaluating the specified performance criteria. It provides optimization of the studies carried out by considering scheduling methods, in line with certain constraints and methods, considering cost and time analyzes today. Team planning work is aimed to provide maximum benefit in line with mathematical constraints. In line with these data, workforce routing and scheduling for an inspection organization were handled with mathematical models and a scheduling study was carried out. Team planning studies have been developed and the data has been reached that the optimal assignment has been made. From this thesis study, it enables us to reach the optimal solution by evaluating the performance criteria of engineers or employees based on IBM Ilog Cplex for an inspection organization or an organization where things are stable. If different companies make improvements in determining such performance criteria for their employees, they make use of this thesis to reach the best solution. In this study, it is aimed to increase the satisfaction and productivity of engineers by distributing the work force of an inspection company to shifts in a balanced way in Istanbul.
