Abstract (EN)

In this study; The mechanical behavior of the structures was investigated by applying three-point bending test and compression test to honeycomb composite plates with different cell structures produced by additive manufacturing. The honeycomb core part was produced using PLA (Polylactic Acid) and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) materials with three-dimensional printing technology. 48 composite samples with 4 different core structures were produced for use in the experimental study. These consist of hollow, hourglass-shaped, truncated cone-shaped and hexagonally filled honeycomb core structured samples. Additionally, the prepared structures were covered with a composite surface cover. The effects of different material types and different core parts on composite sheets were examined. With the tests carried out, load-deflection and load-displacement graphs were drawn and bending strength loads and compressive strength loads were given numerically. The obtained data are presented in graphs. As a result, it was seen that; It has been observed that composite structures produced from PLA material have better mechanical properties than ABS material, and honeycomb composite structures with composite core provide minimum lightness and maximum strength.
