The deterioration of the ecological balance in the 21st century and the destruction of human and non-human nature relations have become an area to be explored in many fields of moving images. Moving images; cinema and in this context, the animation cinema has the potential to influence, move and change the audience. In addition, along with some historical and sociological developments, the meaning of moving images for the audience changes over time. It is thought that examining this change from an ecological perspective can guide to the solution of ecological problems of today. In this respect, it is foreseen that Adrian Ivakhiv's questions of the "Eco-critical Process Relational Film Analysis" can contribute to the multi-layered analysis of the animation films. The questions range from material and production ecologies to social and historical ecologies and are grouped under three different headings. This diversity is thought to be useful in terms of obtaining a versatile film analysis. In this study, the method of Adrian Ivakhiv's "Eco-critical Process Relational Film Analysis" was taken into the focus of the study. By asking the questions of "Eco-critical Film Analysis Method" to "Brother Bear" and "Pom Poko" which are dealing with ecological problems, it has been tried to reveal the potential of the "Eco-Critical Process Relational Film Analysis" method as a method for analyzing animated films. Keywords: Animation cinema, Ecology, Process relational analysis
