Thesis is covering the global ecological crisis with the social aspects. The Crisis have led the defined political and legal structures be dissolved and/or transformed. The Climate changes, GMOs and the crisis result of Nuclear Energy have been examined more detailed in order to prove the integrality of the ecological issues.Have based on the modern definition of citizen instead of the historical development of the very same one. Strived to put forward how the Ecological Crisis transforms the essence of ?citizen? which is a very fundamental conception of Political Science.Emphasized the dominant and assimilating influence of Envoiremental Right over other rights. The desperation of Citizen, who is the subject and object of Envoiremental Right, and the necessity of a new definitation of Citizen for overcoming the crisis have been explained.Consequently, instead of making a new definition of citizen throuh breaking the citizen into pieces depending on the rights he is possessing ?like the ?ecological citizen?, have claimed that the citizen should again define himself. The possible components of this new conseption have also been presented as the thesis.
