The topic of economic crime causes and remedies in light of Islamic economics is one of the most significant issues in scientific research employing publications, which is covered in this article. The study also revealed the penalties imposed by the glorious Sharia for offenders of these acts for each crime independently as required by the interest, as well as the societal obligations to reach security and financial justice, reduce the commission of such crimes, and try to prevent them permanently by applying the Islamic teachings contained in this regard, both in terms of prevention and treatment, with which all members of society's rights are infringed. A preface and four main chapters comprised the study. The first chapter discussed the foundations of economic crime, the second discussed the causes of economic crime, and the third discussed the methods that may be used to combat economic crime.
