Abstract (EN)

In this study, which was prepared as a Master's Thesis in Mechanical Engineering Department, a mathematical model proposed as a multi-degree of freedom vibration system of variable displacement axial piston pump was solved and experimentally verified for the pump with three different displacement or masses. The mathematical model of the degree of freedom of the piston pump 19 was formed and undamped vibration equations were obtained by Lagrange method. Motion equations were solved with modal analysis method, natural frequencies of piston pumps were obtained, mode shapes and displacement graphics were drawn.. The natural frequencies obtained were compared with the impact hammer test results and it was seen that the results were compatible. In addition, the natural frequencies of the reciprocating pump were obtained by finite element analysis method (ANSYS) and it was seen that the fundamental frequency was compatible with the results obtained from the mathematical model and the impact hammer test.
