This letter is an attempt to publish a valuable manuscript in Arabic and its sciences, which are diverse in its arts and literature, and it is one of the rare efforts of the scholars of language, rhetoric and literature who enriched the Arabic and Islamic library with eyes that realized the people of wisdom and knowledge, so they left their knowledge as a pure and precious deposit, with the generations, and their efforts appeared in Authoring and classification from the first centuries, the highest of which are heritage texts, including the series of manuscripts that the nation's scholars preserved from loss, and which still constitute a source of joy for researchers and scholars, bearing the name of the book, source or message, and in light of that the name of the author of the manuscript or the material dictated by the author, but The efforts of many of them, may God Almighty have mercy on them, remained unknown to investigators, scholars and researchers in our time, and there is no doubt that these linguistic and rhetorical efforts include distinct and pure ideas that deserve to be studied and published, and this is what Sheikh Muhammad bin Mustafa al- Aishi, may God have mercy on him, did.
