سورة النحل في تفسير الكوكباني المسمى تيسير المنان في تفسير القرآن(دراسة وتحقيقاً)

This thesis deals with the investigation of Surat Al-Nahl in the interpretation of the Qur'an, called: "Tayseer Al-Mannan fi tefsir al- Qur'an" by the scholar Ahmed bin Abdul Qadir Al-Kawkabani, who died (after 1281 AH), and he is one of the Zaydi scholars of Yemen. The importance of this book comes from the opinions and quotations it contains of the great companions and followers, and inferences that reflect the diversity of Kawkabani's culture, his prominent scientific personality ،Its importance also comes from the large number of sources and resources that the author relied on in his footnotes, as he quoted from many sources, and his interpretation collected various sciences such as the Arabic sciences of grammar, morphology and rhetoric, and the legal sciences: such as jurisprudence and its origins, belief, and the science of interpretation. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when translating the author and his scientific biography, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigaed text. Among the most important conclusions of this study: Tafsir al-Kawkabani was rich in including many sayings, opinions and objections, and this reflects his wide knowledge and his ability to elaborate on controversial issues .Al-Kawkabani was also distinguished by his reliance on many sources in interpretation, hadith, jurisprudence, grammar, language and readings. His interpretation is one of the encyclopedias that brought together many sciences. In his approach, he relied on inference from hadith, extracting jurisprudential rulings, and cared for mentioning the reasons for the revelation of the verse, and citing poetry in his interpretation. He was brief in interpreting the verses of belief, and he mentioned the sayings of the sects - the Mu'tazila in particular - in a comprehensive manner without weighting or refuting, as for the verses of rulings, and what is related to the investigations of the sciences of the Qur'an, he mentions the Nasekh and the Mansukh and comments on them, and mentions the Mujmal and the Mbayyan, the Muhkam and the Mutashabah, the general and the specific. It is noteworthy that the author neglected the aspect of syntax, and mentioned the Jewish narratives - especially in the stories of the prophets, and the news of past nations, and some of the metaphysical matters- without a response or comment.
