Özet (EN)

The study will be conducted to see the effect of different surgical methods on the fine and coarse skills of the hand in patients with hand fracture. As a result of the study, it is among the desired results to see a decrease in the grip strength, hand fine and coarse skills of the patients. This study will consist of two groups: I. Mini Plate Screw Group II. Kirschner Wire Group Both groups of the study will consist of adult patients diagnosed with hand fracture who will apply to the Health Application and Research Center of Çukurova University Balcalı Hospital in Adana between April 2021 and October 2021. Minnesota Pegboard Hand Skill test, Purdue Pegboard test, Semmes Weinstein Monofilament test, fine and coarse grasp test, Baseline Discriminator Wheel will be applied to both groups and a comparison will be made between both groups. Hand fracture treatment varies according to the area and the type of fracture. It can be treated with different surgical methods as well as non-surgical treatments. When the differences between surgical methods performed in patients with hand fractures after surgical treatment are examined, the resulting data will contribute to the literature. As a result of these contributions, treatment methods applied to patients will be more controlled and beneficial.
