Abstract (EN)
This study is a thesis on the "El Sistema Education Model", which is a music education that ensued in Venezuela in 1975, and the details of orchestra conducting education in the model. The duties, Powers and practice of the conductors in the orchestras continuing their education with the El Sistema Model are explained. The concept of orchestra conducting is musically similar in El Sistema orchestras, but as it differs with education processes and the topics covered in El Sistema orchestras, not only education and concert rehearsals, but also the conducting of the orchestras in technical matters is also conducted by the orchestra conductor. With this situation, El Sistema orchestras differ from other orchestras. Keywords: El Sistema, orchestra, conductor, music, education
