Abstract (EN)

Language is like a living creature. It emerges, grows, develops and dies if no speakers left. At all these stages, humanbeings play a big role. Factors like the change, development, and differentiation in humanity influences the language directly. Arabic is the language of our holy book Quran and prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and his compenients. From this aspect, Arabic is not the language of Arabs only. It's the common language of all muslims from various nations. No doubt that one of the missions of the Prophet (pbuh) was explaining the Holy Qur'an and interpreting it. In Nahl 16/44. Allah(swt) says: "And we revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought." From this point, we understand that the main duty of the messenger who has the most eloquence is making the book of Allah practical by explaining it and commenting the revelation. It is known that although the Arabs in Mecca were illiterate people, they didn't feel the need of translation or language rules to understand the Qur'an while recited. The book was revealed in their language and Arabs were a nation who gained dominance on their language and literature. Their jahiliyye poems and eloquent declamations already create the main resource of the Arabic literature. Therafore, the ones who know the language of the Qur'an didn't have difficulty understanding it. But the last book wasn't sent only to Arabs. Muslims that belong to different races have learned their religion by its language Arabic and made contributions to the researches of Arabic language. Since the essential written works in Islamic studies are Arabic, non-Arab people were prompted to learn Arabic. And this is possible only by knowing Sarf(word information) and Nahv(sentence information). Here based on our subject we will analyze the Qur'ans Philology(understanding based on language rules) , nahv's definition, birth, İ'râb, parts of İ'râb, Surah Al Vâkıa's merfûât and Qiraat differences. And give general information about those and stand by it.
