Abstract (EN)
In this study, effects of elastane yarn on bursting strength, tensile strength and stretch properties of fabrics were investigated. Poliamid fabrics have been woven under controlled conditions so that only the percentages of elastane yarns within the fabrics differ. The manufactured fabrics have been compared with the trade fabrics which were chosen from among the available ones in the market. The obtained findings were evaluated by analiyses of correlation and variance. Statistically significant correlation coefficients between tensile strength and bursting strength of fabric test results were found. Furthermore in the study, correlation coefficients which have indicated to relationships between stretch test results and bursting and tensile test results were also determined.
