The fast increase population in our day, watery agriculture become widespread and ndustrial development, forced natural water system to state and quality direction. This case, water with interest one legal, managerial, technical, and economical all activities integrate in one shape include water spring to menagement, more conscious and systemically approach to make necessary. However much this case not to run out in the natural spring group, finally one spring in case as regiaral and local. Because of terror and to take offance migrations and irregular urbanization, present driking water band will fall down insufficient case after 2010 years. Because of, remaining people rate will can answer spring and recessary to change one old foundation too station cure case too different to be one importent an opinion. This study was be designation necessity driking and usesed Elaz3 City?s water, This necessity will be satisfy alternative springs was be resarched and drinking water foundations be investigated, matters was be worked designate and solve suggestions was be put for forward.
