Abstract (EN)
The increasing need for energy in recent years has an impact in our country as well as in the world. Due to the rapid depletion of natural resources, especially when generating electricity, alternative energy sources are preferred in addition to the traditional methods available. Solar power plants and hydroelectric power plants are the most preferred alternative energy sources. There are many parameters to obtain energy quality. In this study, the problems related to the connection of hydroelectric and solar power plants to distribution networks are examined and suggestions are made to prevent this problem with the analyzes made. In addition, ARAS Electricity Distribution Inc. Solar and hydroelectric power plants were compared in terms of power quality parameters based on actual grid data obtained from enterprises in the area of responsibility. According to this, it is concluded that the reactor in hydroelectric power plants is more efficient in order to regulate the voltage changes and the transformer with on-load tap-changer is more efficient in solar power plants.
