Abstract (EN)

In order to produce nano-scaled fibers with electrospinning technique, high voltage applied to a polymer solution. Because of the chaotic movement of the polymer jet, nanofibers occur randomly on the collector. In this study, a secondary electrostatic field is created by measurable length hollow cylinder electrodes to reduce the whipping instability of the polymer jet. In addition to this, conductive parallel plates are placed through the jet trajectory in order to investigate the possibility of redirecting nanofibers into the lattice structure. In the first stage of this study, a classic electrospinning approach without any electrodes is carried out. Secondly, in order to reduce the radius of fiber dispersion on the collector, conductive clylinder electrodes are added to the system. Finally, for investigating the possibility of redirecting nanofibers into a lattice formation, conductive parallel plates are incorporated into the system. As a result, due to the electrical field on cylinder electrodes, radius of the fiber dispersion on the collector was successfully reduced. Furthermore, with the electrical field created by paralle plates, aligned nanofibers were produced. Diameters of the fibers varied between 800 nm and 3 µm. Ratio of the aligned fibers is determined as %37.5.
