Abstract (EN)

In this study, nanofiber diameters and hydrophobic / hydrophilic properties of silica nanoparticulate nanofibers were investigated. Electrospin process was used in the production of PAN nanofibers with silica nanoparticles. The effects of solution concentration and voltage on nanofiber structure were investigated. The best production parameters (by SEM analysis) were determined for the 8% by weight mixture ratio consisting primarily of polyacrylonitrile / dimethylformamide (PAN / DMF). Then 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13% by weight PAN / DMF solutions were prepared. 1% nano silica was added to these solutions and nanoparticles with nanoparticles were produced by electrospinning. The morphological structure, hydrophobic / hydrophilic properties of these nanoparticle nanofibers were investigated. At the end of the study, it was seen that nanofiber diameter increased when pure PAN / DMF concentration increased. The effect of silica addition on nanofiber diameter was observed and it was observed that the nanofiber diameter varied between 147.4-515.00nm. As a result, it was observed that the nanofiber diameter increased when PAN / DMF concentration increased and the nanofiber diameter was obtained at higher values when silica was added. The hydrophobicity / hydrophilicity of silica doped nanofibers was analyzed by static surface contact angle measuring device. According to the results of the analysis, a constant proportion of silica was added to PAN / DMF precipitates in different ratios. When the results were compared, the most hydrophobic sample was 13% PAN. As a result, it has been observed that the hydrophobicity changes for each sample that the addition of a constant rate (1%) of silica and the PAN ratio by weight is increased by 8 to 13%. While the change of contact angle was increased by 15.9% with the addition of 1% silica to the 8% PAN solution, silica effect calculated as 0.018% at the addition of 1% silica to the 13% PAN solution. So the silica effect did not cause a significant change at 13% PAN solution.
