Abstract (EN)
There has been a growing interest in the recognition surfaces based on nucleic acides in analytical chemistry. The usage of nanomaterials such as nanoparticles, magnetic nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes in the electrochemical DNA sensor technologies has been increasing in recent years. The aim of this study is to investigate the usage of nanomaterials having different properties in DNA sensor technology. For this reason, electrochemical properties of SnO2 nanoparticles and SnO2 nanoparticles based sensors were investigated in the first stage of our study. The new nano surfaces immobilized with DNA sequences were prepared, in the second stage, by modifying pencil graphite electrodes with SnO2 nanoparticles embedded in poly vinyl ferrocene matrix and in the third stage, with oxidized graphene oxidized. Then the possible use of sensors, thus prepared, were examined together with the analytical advantages and disadvantages for detecting DNA hybridization at the first time in the literature. It is thought that with this studies performed the new sensor technologies based on nanomaterials to detect in the future electrochemical DNA analysis with greather response, high selectivity and fast facilities. Thus, it?s hoped that by the use of this kind of modifed electrodes which has high selectivity and specifity it will be possible to analyse DNA without PCR tecnique with lower cost and with greather response and sensitivity.
