Özet (EN)
In this thesis we worked on the religious rules about women which are mentioned in the ?The Religion of God, the Language of Koran and New Turkish Interpretation? (Hak Dini Kur'an Dili ? Yeni Mealli Türkçe Tefsir) which is written by one of the elitist Islamic scholars of the last periods of the Ottomans and the early periods of the Turkish Republic, Elmalili M. Hamdi Yazir, and his choices. The religious rules are divided into two sections; rules of worship and social duties. Each section has detailed information about the subjects of the rules and the choices of Elmalili M. Hamdi Yazir. The comments about the religious rules are based on the Hanafi school of Law.While writing about the Islamic rules Elmalili detailed the rules with the events and talents. And then wrote about these talents. If there is a conflict between Islamic Sects about the subject he also mentioned this. After these he put forward his choice about the subject.
