Özet (EN)
In the theology of Islam, one of the most discussed subjects is the problem of qadar(pre-determinatiori). Elmahh, in his book called "Hak Dini Kur'an Dili" has given much emphasis upon the attributions of knowledge (Urn) and will (irade) of God in order to bring a solution to this problem. Although divine knowledge includes every thing, that does not make necessary the known's (malum) creation. Divine will, on the other hand, manifests itself in two ways: directly, that is unconditional, and indirectly, especially in connection with the human will. Man, apart from other beings, was created as having will. Hence, he is obliged with religious obligations (taklit); and is free in the field of actions of will. In this field, man is free, and divine will is subjected to man's will. From this, man's responsibility stems. Thus, qadar in relation to man's actions, must be understood as the field of possibilities. However, God may not fulfill man's every wish. Man's status is between neither the complete freedom nor the complete independence (amrun bayn amrayri). Man, having fulfilled his obligations, must believe in #ad!ar without losing his consciousness in the incidents.
