Diamond syllable - normal syllable adaptation

Scientists have been working on sound production in computer environment for more than two centuries. In this thesis, using the "Diamond Syllable Engineering Method", which is a new method, the text vocalization system, which was developed based on the Arabic Qur'an text, was adapted and vocalized to the universal syllable (normal syllable) also used in Turkish. The text-to-speech system developed with this adaptation was created using the Visual C# programming language in the Visual Studio environment. In this study, the stages of creating this system are explained. At the end of the studies, a teaching material that can guide the beginner reader in the education of the Qur'an has been developed and the targeted results have been achieved.
