This thesis investigates a section of the book " Fawaed Al-Fuqahaa " from the chapter of purity to the chapter of alimony، by the scholar Abd al-Qadir Jalabizadeh al-Hanafi، who (was alive in the year: 1099 AH). This book has a great importance in Hanafi jurisprudence، as it is considered an essential reference in the section on jurisprudential fatwas. It includes all the chapters of jurisprudence، from the purity to the tricks. There is hardly a book of jurisprudence without containing a considered fatwa. Likewise، the book is considered one of the anecdotes and the oldest that has reached us in the fatwas of Imam Abu Hanifa، The study followed the historical descriptive approach when presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of the author: Abd Al-Qadir Chalabizadeh Al-Hanafi، and the scientific method used in the investigation and commentary on the book: such as writing the text، justify the text with diacritics، comparing the copies، attributing the sayings، and extracting the issues and documenting them. The most important conclusion of the study was: The ability of the author Chalabizadeh to combine in his book the most prominent books of Hanafi fatwas، and he wroted about all the Hanafi scholars from different classes، such as the class of Imam Abu Hanifa and those who followed him، such as: Al- Samarqandi، Al-Tahawi and others. He was also able to Paraphrase the book and classify it in the form of separate jurisprudential issues that make it easier for the reader to read and study them. It was characterized by the ease and clarity of the phrase، the lack of complexity and ambiguity. The author also left many important fatwas in the matter of alimony that jurists and judgements can benefit from and apply in contemporary laws. And it was noticed that these fatwas were used in the state at that time، so the issues are dominated by the language and methodology of the judiciary.
