A research in order to determine the vocational situations of the employees who are working in the offices of real estate brokerage: Sample of Ankara Çayyolu

At the present day, the sector of real estate has turned in to a great form of investment. At the beginning of 2007, mortgage's stepping in, it is expected that the sector of real estate will create new employments, and for this reason in the following periods, it is hoped that the number of real estate dealers will increase.Thinking so, the objective of the research is to determine the level of education for the real estate dealers and estate advisers who are working in the offices of real estate brokerage belonging to their demographic characters, and to develop suggestions by detecting their lack of vocational education.In the study, surveys have been applied to 32 real estate dealers who are in the position of administrators or owners and 58 estate advisers who are working in the offices of real estate brokerage of Ankara Çayyolu region.Real estate dealers are in the position of the administrator of the establishment, and they should be intellectual about the basic concepts like knowledge of business administration and being in the capacity of analyzing the structure of organization in order to direct an establishment successfully. Furthermore, when it is thought that the transactions of title deed and tax will be performed by the real estate dealers at the end of sale, they should be intellectual about the tax and law legislation concerning the zoning legislation and real estate.When the estate advisers are thought in the position of marketing and sale personnel in the offices of real estate brokerage, they should be intellectual about the techniques of sales interview and body language concepts to be able to analyze the chances of market and find out potential customers.Consequently, the real estate dealers and estate advisers, trying to have knowledge more thoroughly concerning the area of specialization for vocational development in one way, must also follow the innovations at that area of specialization in the other way. As it is in the way of knowledge, they should also show development in the way of skill.
