Abstract (EN)

In this study, brief information about the life and works of Nevevî was given. His method and hadith sources in his work Ḫulâṣah al-Aḥkâm were determin ed. Nevevî's narrations in this work, confirmation called tashih and extension called tazif the method of hadith evaluation that he followed in the history and compensation, was examined and tried to be put forward comparatively. Moreover, all of Nevevî's assessments have been determined and with the exemplification method has been examined to determine whether or not about opinion on his narration is accurate. In evaluating author narrations, the authority often benefited from imams, and sometimes he was indemnifed and at this point he used his own different methods. In general, it has been determined that his confirmation and extension are accurate, but sometimes, it was found that he had evaluated a weak or true subject, and that he was weak about a hadith that gained health with the sahior or the interlocutors. In addition, he accepted the accuracy conditions of authors Buhârî and Muslim as a method of hadith evaluation and according to the conditions of these two muhaddis. Nevevî's criticism of scholars was determined and examined and his religious criticisms were shown in comparison to the examples in the eyes of the scholars of the individual.
