Abstract (EN)
Managing the production process is essential for increasing the performance and efficiency of the enterprise. It is only possible with a well-managed workflow that resources such as raw materials, personnel and machinery form part of the production in an orderly manner. The solution that many non-institutionalized SME-scale businesses resort to is the management of the production process directly by a coordinator, ignoring the performance monitoring. However, this temporary solution seems to be the biggest obstacle to the growth trends of businesses. Man-made controls are limited. When businesses increase their capacity, this human-made production process management causes a decrease in business performance and profitability. The most important solution to this issue is the production process management with machines and software. Factors such as the lack of computer control of the machine park in front of the product process management in enterprises without Industry 4.0 integration, the management of the entire logistics process from supply to distribution by manual methods, and the lack of technological infrastructure of the working personnel stand as problems to be solved. In this study, a cloud-based production management system has been introduced that will enable businesses operating with the Industry 3.0 production model in the manufacturing industry to transition to industry 4.0.
