Abstract (EN)

A person has to "livable" in order to be protected from conditions that prevent him from continuing his life, creating danger and insecurity, and to maintain all his functions and relationships in a comfortable environment. Despite the increase in population and limited resources, the way to have modern accommodation places passes through industry. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to conduct research on "objects" in which the relationship between "livable" and "industry" is seen at the highest level. It is possible to talk about two main trends while trying to adapt industrial methods to the housing production process, unlike traditional methods. The first stream (part approach) is based on the in-house production of building components as a standard set of elements with combination rules that allow for the variability of the final housing design. The second stream (whole approach) is based on the industrial production of the complete building in various predetermined variations, a process similar to the mass production of the car. The study focuses on the second stream, the industrial production of the complete building in predetermined variations, as a process similar to the mass production of the car. These structures were defined as "Livable Industrial Objects" and were considered as the hypothesis of the study. The study questions the industrialization adventure of housing buildings by turning to the past. In the industrialization of housing-purpose buildings, it strives to lay the groundwork for studies that will be built on what should be done for the future.
