Abstract (EN)

The conducted thesis study has focused on the applicability of innovative technologies in the industrial oven machinery sector. In this study, emphasis has been placed on how ovens are controlled and the process of developing oven control panels. Additionally, a literature review was conducted to investigate the feasibility of required technologies and the applicability of the Internet of Things (IoT) concept in meeting user requirements. Design requirements such as the ergonomic features of the oven control panel, adaptability to development, and integration with evolving systems were addressed. The aim is to establish a foundation for future work in the industrial oven sector. Yocto was used for the customized operating system in the structure used. QT program was utilized to provide interface design. The software was developed using C++ and QML. This study aims to be a significant step towards the implementation of innovative technologies in the industrial oven machinery sector. The findings provide a valuable resource for making improvements in oven control panel design and effectively leveraging them. The results of the thesis study were discussed with visuals and outputs of measuring instruments. The features required in new designs were mentioned as a result of the conducted study.
