Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT The Consumer Satisfaction in Industrial Marketing and An Application Industrial marketing is the marketing of goods and services to industrial and institutional customers. These include manufacturing firms, educational institutions, hospitals, public utilities, wholesalers and retailers and other formal organizations. Industrial buyers buy products to satisfy their organizations' needs. These products are 1 ) needed to make other products 2) needed to carry on the organizations' operation, or 3) bought for resale. Among the major characteristics of the industrial market that distinguish it from the market for consumer products are, 1) derived demand 2) greater total sales volume, 3) smaller numbers of buyers 4) larger volume of purchases, 5) geographical concentration of customers, 6) greater demand inelasticity 7) professional buying, 8) direct buying 9) more specification buying, 10) complex negotiation, 11) infrequent negotiation, 12) reciprocal buying and 13) greater use of leasing. In addition, consumer behavior has been examined in terms of consumer satisfaction and its motivation. As a sample, the biggest one hundred three firms of the industry of stainless steel was chosen. The questionnaire, which had obtain from these firms making conversation with considerable people, was organised. In conclusion, the results was evaluated. vm
