Abstract (EN)

In this study, the methods of joining copper pipes, which are frequently used in the refrigeration sector, with different metals and the method with the most ideal sealing properties will be determined. The most trouble-free and cost-effective method determination of gas leakage problems caused by the operator or method will be determined by the results obtained from the tests to be performed. In addition, the cost calculation to be made and its reflections on the manufacturing processes will be examined. ECOCOLD Refrigeration Industry. It is aimed to reduce the scrap rates with the existing production methods of copper-copper, copper-aluminum and copper-steel resources on the cooler products of A.Ş. The piping material used 80% by weight in the cooling system is copper. Copper has a very strong corrosive and thermal conductivity effect. Although there are studies on other copper, aluminum and steel categories with different performances in the literature, the sealing and mechanical behaviors in which they are compared and the resulting surface quality changes have not been discussed in detail. For this reason, first of all, the results of the methods specified in the combination of copper with different metals will be analyzed and the experimental design will be carried out in the light of the obtained data. Impermeability and mechanical properties will be examined depending on material types and joining techniques. In addition, the improvement of the impermeability and mechanical properties of joining with different filler metals will be investigated. The characterization of the joining methods will be made and their mechanical properties will be examined. As a result of the results, comparisons will be made and quality cost preferences will be evaluated.
