Information technology in industrial design and solving practice with excel programing

Industrial design is very important for firms making production in terms of competition and product variety, innovation and production costs. Additionally, it is another issue that production costs should not conflict with customer satisfaction. House of Quality, in other words, Quality Function Deployment is a method used in many areas. Under the framework of such thesis, under present market and competition terms, study was made over a system which solves the customer demands and satisfaction in resistance production through engineering studies and applications and an application was made. While the foundation of application is formed by House of Quality method, such application was realized as Excel base unlike classical tools, in this sense, it was supported by informatics technology and industrial design was realized through simultaneous engineering studies between producer and customer. Conducted thesis study was concluded by being used in production.
