Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, as with many sectors, in the beverage industry, consumers demands new products unlike traditional beverages to meet different needs, that?s why the companies working in the beverage sector offers new products to consumers every passing day to meet their expectations. Marketers are looking for different ways to reach consumers because of the size of market, the similarity of its products and increased competition between firms in the market conditions. For this reason, in the last of few years, as well as media tools, concerts, festivals, activities such as sports events are observed more commonly used by companies for promotion of products.In this study, it is searched how energy drinks are perceived by consumers, how are evaluated difference between sports drinks, energy drinks and other caffeinated beverages by consumers, whether energy drinks are consumed for the purpose or not, what are the factors that affect the consumption of energy drinks. After the research of literature and interview studies, people who is different age and occupational groups in order to reveal their opinion of this subject was given survey.With this survey, it is tried to compare with the message that energy drink companies want to give consumers and the attitudes and behaviors of consumers to these products also it is tried to define how energy drinks are perceived by consumers.Perceived by consumers, firms post fliers with the message they want to give consumers the differences between the companies operating in the sector sufficiently to inform consumers about products for different purposes because of the energy drinks are consumed by consumers. In terms of human health effects of energy drinks should be consumed unconsciously.
