Abstract (EN)
Planning efficiency analysis for determining candidate plants in Turkey is expected and thus creating the infrastructure of decision-making with offering efficiency analysis report will be constituted. Data envolepment analysis in this case is selected as one of the multiple input-multiple output decision making systems and has helped for comparison of the costs of the candidates.
