Family Businesses Operating on Energy; A Research on the Equivalent Aspects of Administrative and Organizational Structures After the globalization, the conditions of competition among the companies affected the managerial process of the transactions. The majority of the enterprises operating in the world and in our country is the family business. The integration of family businesses, which are vital for the economies of the country, with an institutional structure has become a necessity. In recent years, the companies that invest in a sector like the energy sector in our country still constitute the majority of the family businesses. In this study, on the basis of the new theoretical theory, energies, family businesses operating on; The aim of the course is to examine the managerial and organizational structures and to show how similar they are in the new theoretical theory.
