The opinions and expectations of physically disabled people abaut tecnological services provided by local ministaries: (The example of Kocaeli city)

The purpose of this research is to determine weather the tecnological services held by local ministaries for physically disabled people are enough or not , weather they satisfy the expectations of physically disabled people or not and what the pysically disabled people?s expectations about tecnological services held by local ministaries.The interview guestions prepared fort his purpose one practiced on physically disabled people who live in Kocaeli Municipality during August 2008 . 5 of these people are orthopedically , 5 are audially and the other 5 people are orally disabled. In addition it is olso practiced on 4 menagers of Kocaeli Municipality.The datas of interviews are grouped and presented in result sectionas graphics after analysing one by one according to physically disableds disability kid , education levels , sexes , living areas.Research findings show that Kocaeli Municipality present some technological services fort he physically disabled people but these services can not be transferred enough , and they can not satisfy the physically disabled people?s expectations about technological services.Key words ; Physical disabled , Local municipality, Technological service.
